While we hope you love your purchase, sometimes a return or exchange is needed. We are a small boutique store so for returns, we’re currently asking you to contact us directly via email or phone so we can address your needs and make the changes or actions our customers require.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Contact Us Form” and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Please note that Tropic Shade Co will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued.

The Tropic Shade Co brand has been trademarked and cannot be reproduced for sale in any circumstance. We have a security team that checks the web for these occasions. The artist art work has also been patented.
